In this paper, we consider consensus of continuous-time multi-agent systems with additive delays. By transforming the multi-agent system into a reduced-order system with distributed delays, we prove that consensus of the multi-agent system is asymptotically solved for tolerable delays if the involved digraph has a spanning tree.
