This MATLAB .mat file contains the results of population evolution of RNA sequences of two RNA structures at the rate of Nμ = 1. Every row in this cell array consists of the evolved population(N=10) of 40 RNA sequences - 20 sequences of an RNA structure of high frequency, and 20 sequences of an RNA structure of low frequency, over 100 generations of evolution. The two rows in the cell array correspond to the data for two different kappa values (0.5 and 1) used to weight the genotype space.
