This MATLAB .mat file contains the results of population evolution of RNA sequences of two RNA structures at the rate of Nμ = 100. Every row in this cell array consists of the evolved population(N=100) of 40 RNA sequences - 20 sequences of an RNA structure of high frequency, and 20 sequences of an RNA structure of low frequency, over 10 generations of evolution. The three rows in the cell array correspond to the data for three different kappa values (0.5, 1 and 10) used to weight the genotype space.
