This MATLAB .mat file contains the results of simulation of population evolution of AU-rich sequences of an RNA structure at the rate of N*μ = 100. The cell array consists of evolved population (N=100) of 20 AU - rich sequences over 10 generations of evolution. The genotype space used in the evolution was weighted using kappa = 1
