Using Public Data to Improve Care

On Friday 11th April 2014 Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust hosted a workshop, 'Planning Care: make the most of data' in association with Bloom, Quality Health, Leeds Data Thing, Leeds Data Mill and LYPFT Planning Care. The workshop provided people accessing services, carers, and health and social practitioners the opportunity to work with developers, designers and coders to understand better the data we hold in relation to Planning Care. The data and information listed here was published as a one-off for the workshop.
