The most complete H37Rv genome, manually annotated.

Different from the french which is not up-to-date.

However, both genomes are much better than the one in UniProt, which is also mixed with CD1551, according to their help desk.

Swiss TubercuList in numbers: - 4,411,532 bp of DNA sequence representing the whole Mycobacterium tuberculosis chromosome (strain H37Rv, EMBL/GenBank/DDBJ entry AL123456) - 4,011 protein genes - 7 pseudogenes - 45 tRNA genes - 3 rRNA genes - 2 stable RNA genes - 9 sRNA genes - Gene density: 1,099 bases per gene - Average gene length: 1,004 bases per gene - Protein coding (CDS) bases: 4,028,175 - Protein coding percentage: 91.3% - GC percentage: 65.61 %
