In reaction to the common oscilloscopes (Agilent, Tektronix, Lecroy, RIGOL, etc.), a system of data acquisition in oscilloscope with multi-function has been successfully developed in this paper by means of calling the oscilloscope driver subVI as well as performance function subVI in the Win-XP based on the LabVIEW8.0 software framework to compile the underlying software and UI (user interface) software. This system combined with the offline software is capable to realize these functions, such as charge integral, time measurement, waveform measurement and storage. The performance of the oscilloscope on data acquisition is studied in details with the comparison between the system and single photoelectron spectrum (SPE) of PMT R5912 measured by VME system. http://www.joa-journal.org/paperInfo.aspx?ID=1887
