Species in articles from BioMedCentral

AMI (scientific semantic data extraction) was run on about 50 articles from BMC and the results aggregated in The Datahub (datahub.io).

The XML file is organized by article (with DOI) and each species is tagged with the count of occurrence in the paper. Note that at present abbreviations (e.g. Homo sapiens and H. sapiens are not resolved.
