NTDB Correction Matrices

The correction matrices will enable users who already have NTDB data to enhance their accuracy. As a result, they will be able to superimpose their data on Landsat 7 orthoimages used as spatial references. The matrices were created so as to preserve the edge matching of data when correcting adjacent files.
