MicroFinance Transparency gathers data about microfinance interest rates, calculates APR and EIRs, and publishes educational material about microfinance pricing.

Currently have data for Cambodia and Bosnia with 3 other countries to come soon.

No license but looks to be open
Access is only on web so need to extract data into a distribution.
