London's sectors - more detailed jobs data

Data for the detailed time series are based on Business Register and Employment Survey (BRES) and Annual Business Inquiry part 1 (ABI/1) published by the Office for National Statistics (ONS). Data covering workforce jobs data series are based on workforce jobs published by the ONS. In order to produce a consistent time series using the official business survey and workforce jobs data, some modelling has been necessary. The underlying assumptions are outlined in the methodology paper published alongside these data tables.
