LFEPA procurement information - purchase orders £5,000 to £10,000

The Local Government Transparency Code 2014 requires the publication of details of every invitation to tender for contracts to provide goods/services with a value that exceeds £5,000. Details of LFEPA tender invitations of £10,000 or more are available on the contract register here. In accordance with the LFEPA code of practice on tenders and contracts tender invitations are not invited under £10,000. The LGA and DCLG advise that authorities publish details of purchase orders between £5,000 and £10,000. Because of the way our purchasing system works, we are not currently able to determine which purchase orders relate to contracts of £10,000 or more and which do not. We are working to improve this.
