LFEPA Expenditure Over £250

Payments over £250 made by London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority as part of the Government's transparency agenda. As of November 2012 the threshold for expenditure has changed from £500 to £250. The government's Transparency Code 2014 requires the data to indicate VAT for payments which cannot be recovered; there are no such payments for LFEPA as all VAT is recoverable. The Transparency Code also requires a 'merchant category' to be added to payment details. LFEPA has Proclass data and this has been added to published data (from January 2015). Please note that approximately 75 per cent of LFEPA vendors currently have a Proclass classification and this may result in a small number of payments not having a ‘merchant category’.
