Greek Wind Map

The wind map includes the wind potential of Greek space (minus Crete and and the prefectures Kavala and Xanthi) in a map 150 x 150 m, as this was calculated with on the spot measurements and application of mathematic models. The map expresses the wind potential with base the medium annual speed of air in metres per second, calculated in a height of 40 metres. 1st publication June 2001.
