Details

The Department for International Development (DfID) is the part of the UK government that manages Britain's aid to poor countries and works to get rid of extreme poverty. The project database acts as a public front to the private ARIES database which contains all information on DfID's activities. IT was developed to fall in line with the 2005 Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness and the 2008 Accra Agenda for Action.
