The Brazilian civil society portal Democratic City (Cidade Democrática) is devoted to social participation and has a long history of activity that includes problems and solutions gathering, the creation of observatories and contests, etc.
This data is a RDF triplification of the portal MySQL tables, to the extent found useful, and includes user data, topics, comments, contests, prizes, tags and tagging, places, neighborhoods, cities, states, links, observatories, inspirations, images. The dump used is from Mar/19/2014.
