Construct Green GDP Based on the Expenditure Method

The traditional GDP only takes the value of final product and service into the accounting system, which has some defects such as Ignorance of the health of human body and environment cost and so on. In this paper, taking the concept of sustainable development into the GDP accounting system, we try to build a simple green GDP which associates economic growth with people's welfare and environmental factors, so that it can better reflect connotation and essence of the economic development. http://www.emj-journal.org/paperInfo.aspx?ID=990
