Normalized dataset of votes, etc of the Bulgarian Parliament.

All the data is scraped from www.parliament.bg. It contains:
- basic id information about the MPs
- complete information on all votes (per party and per MP)
- complete information about absences and registrations of MPs
- complete text transcripts of the voting sessions
- flags in case part of the information at the source was defective
The sourcecode for the scraper is at github. It has numerous routines for verification of the correctness of the data. In the README file one can find a detailed list of most of the reported errors. Most of the errors were fixed after they were reported to the Informational Center of the Parliament, and those that were not were worked around.

The link is to a compressed SQL dump of the normalized data.
Visualization of the data
All the data is presented in a user friendly way, in Bulgarian at www.parlamentaren-kontrol.com. Moreover numerous statistics derived from the data can be seen at the same site. A great amount of graphical representations is provided as well.
