Using the FPGA control ADC0809’s data acquisition, that share the MCU workload, and data cache. Such not only accelerated the speed of data processing, but also prevent the loss of data and the data collected more accurately, SCM control data for data transmission to upward machine, and the collected data to LCD, Due to the SCM limited chip foot, so expanded use of FPGA, that can lead to better achieve data collection. The paper introduces the FPGA's sampling control and signal processing in data.
