This paper presents a deep research and analysis on the problem of poor employment quality toward graduates majoring in embedded system. The causes leading to this problem are summarized. Based on the causes, this paper proposes an employment-oriented training scheme for pre-graduates majoring in embedded system according to the particularity of embedded engineer education and the professional embedded engineer training schemes. The scheme will improve the pre-graduates’ practical ability and overall professional ability, which will enhance the employment quality of graduates majoring in embedded system and provide reference to other related majors on professional talents cultivation.
