CHO

URL: http://geospatial.gsu.edu/projects/cho/CHO.owl

CHO (Contaminant Hydrogeology Ontology) is a conceptual knowledge model for the contaminant hydrogeology domain in which concepts (classes, e.g. Contaminant, Aquifer), their relationships (properties, e.g. contaminates), and constraints are defined using the OWL constructs. CHO imports GML ontology for association with spatial objects, and CHO imports and extends SWEET ontologies (e.g., phenHydro.owl). CHO connects to datasets: Contaminant.owl, Aquifer.owl, GaLandfill.owl, GaWaterBody.owl, HSI.owl, LUST.owl, USGSWells.owl, WaterQuality.owl, and ContaminantSample.owl. CHO links to DBpedia via classes (e.g., Place, lake, scientist).
