This paper analyzes the management mechanisms of Sino-Norwegian Bi-cultural Teleworking Teams with literature-review and system rational thinking. First, this paper analyzes the cultural background and technical background of Bi-cultural Teleworking Teams (BCT teams) and summarizes the research status of remote work and bi-cultural teams. Second, it makes a comparative study on leadership, learning mechanisms and problem-solving mechanism between Chinese teleworking team and Norwegian teleworking team. The objective of this study is to develop the theory of BCT teams based on the main culture of Chinese corporate cultures and to provide practical guidance for enterprises to build BCT teams.
