This paper analyze the climate variation rules of recent 30 years using the temperature and precipitation data of Tai'an from 1981 to 2010. As it turned out, climate warming significantly of Tai'an in nearly 30 years with obvious cold and warm stage turning change characteristic,and the minimum temperature rising make main contribution to the temperatures Rising, obtaining the strongest warming in the Early Years of 21 Century; From the view of long-term change trends of annual precipitation, precipitation presented the trend of fluctuational rising , and rainy periods and drought periods appeared alternatively with a4-9 year cycle. climate is becoming warm and humid and it will continue in the future.
