Inter-disciplinary and internationalized financial information and service outsourcing talents are seriously insufficient and restrict the development of financial outsourcing industry in China. This paper focuses on the training of financial information and service outsourcing talents. Demand characteristics and training status to financial information and service talents are analyzed, and training practice in Hangzhou Institute of Service Outsourcing is considered. The approach includes the innovation of training mode, training program and setting of inter-disciplinary curriculum system, construction of teacher-team with double-quality, depth cooperation of university-enterprise, and building of practice and training bases in training processes to financial information and service talents. The problems and difficulties that we are faced in the reform process to train financial outsourcing talents are also pointed out.
