In view of the performance evaluation situation of secondary vocational school in our country, basing on the balanced score card theories (BSC) and the working characteristics of specialized course teachers, this paper analyzes the theoretical feasibility of the BSC performance management model of secondary vocational school teacher, improves the general process of secondary vocational school teacher performance management system, and discusses the problems which should be paid attention to in the application of the system. It can be concluded that the BSC is an effective tool for performance management in the secondary vocational school and the BSC performance management model can effectively guide the development of teachers.
