The aim of this paper is to establish sufficient conditions for the oscillation and asymptotic behavior of solutions of third order nonlinear neutral differential equations with mixed arguments. We obtain the results using comparision theorems and they improve and complement to the existing results. Examples are provided to illustrate the main results.
