The ACSI model is combined with evaluation elements of education satisfaction degree to construct an index model of education satisfaction degree. This paper conducted an investigation on satisfaction degree of postgraduate education to get a clear picture of the current situation. Related data were gathered and analyzed so as to find insufficiencies that exist in the status-quo. In this way, references can be provided for education departments to improve the degree.
