In recent years with ongoing progress of market mechanism reform in electricity power enterprises, State Grid Corporation of China proposed development strategy of “conglomerated operation, intensive development, lean management, and standardization construction”, carried out standardization in-depth in the corporation system and achieved remarkable results. The paper takes electricity power enterprise standardization system as the object of study, analyzes various constructed elements, introduces Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) in Systems Engineering, and constructs multi-layer hierarchical structure diagram, research the internal hierarchy among various elements, in order to provide a certain decision-making reference for the ordered construction and continuous improvement of standardization system in the electricity power enterprise.
