Abstract: The style of study is an important component of a university spirit connotation, which can promote the quality of talent cultivation actively. The construction of style of study needs the simultaneous construction of teachers team, management team and the students themselves. The paper analyzed the current status and causes of construction of study style in universities, and according to the department of mechanical and electrical engineering of Heze University, it put forward that the building of college teachers is a breakthrough of the construction of style of study. Therefore, we should give full play to the important role of each teacher in the construction of style of study.
