Under the influence of macro economy and slower growth of Chinese economy, the auto industry has entered a stage with moderate growth. In the face of such a low growth of the auto sector and the challenges of a new historical stage where Chinese economy is under the process of accelerated transformation and innovations and further opened-up development,according to the analysis on the features of such low growth in auto industry, this paper put great emphasis on the necessity for auto companies to transform their growth models. Taking BAIC Group as an example of growth model transformation, innovative idea is put forward in this paper on how automobile enterprises are adaptive to the process of economic transformation as soon as possible in order to speed up the transformation of growth mode.
